Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kalou Frigi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David McSwizzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Kalou Frigi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David McSwizzer! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from McSwizzer. Those never looked like landing. Frigi misses with a takedown letting McSwizzer counter with a right hand. McSwizzer connects with a looping right hand.
Frigi doesn't succeed with the takedown and McSwizzer counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. McSwizzer swats away the attempt to clinch by Frigi. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Frigi. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kalou Frigi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frigi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frigi drops his hands momentarily and McSwizzer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. McSwizzer gets in close and instigates a clinch. McSwizzer is trying to push Frigi away but Frigi has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Frigi tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. McSwizzer smiles and moves away.
McSwizzer rushes Frigi and presses him up against the cage. McSwizzer has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Frigi uses from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frigi looking to sit in guard and control but McSwizzer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. McSwizzer wants to control from the top but Frigi keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McSwizzer has gone for a leg lock! Frigi slips out almost immediately though and dives into McSwizzer's guard. Frigi trying to control the position from guard on top but McSwizzer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Frigi being controlled here momentarily. McSwizzer looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Frigi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McSwizzer is keeping the position for now. Frigi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Frigi won't allow McSwizzer to sweep him here. Frigi looking to pass the guard. Frigi showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Frigi trying to control the position from guard on top but McSwizzer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Frigi controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. McSwizzer keeping full guard, as Frigi tries to pass.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A jab from Frigi misses. No luck with that takedown attempt from Frigi. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David McSwizzer dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Frigi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McSwizzer is fending him off so far but Frigi persists. Nope, McSwizzer circles away and we're back to standing. McSwizzer with the counter takedown but Frigi avoids it easily. Frigi misses with a head kick.
Nice uppercut there from Frigi. Frigi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kalou Frigi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McSwizzer lands with a nice combination. Frigi backs away looking to recover. Some wild striking there from Frigi.
Frigi tries to grapple but his opponent circles and McSwizzer counters with a nice double leg into side control. Frigi won't be happy with that. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Frigi defending against the ground and pound. McSwizzer wants to control but Frigi is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. McSwizzer content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Frigi is looking for a sweep. McSwizzer has been the more effective fighter overall so far. McSwizzer fails to land a wild elbow strike.
McSwizzer has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Frigi doesn't succeed with the takedown and McSwizzer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Frigi's guard. McSwizzer gets to his feet - Frigi follows without any prompting. Frigi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McSwizzer, pushing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McSwizzer has Frigi pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Frigi manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Frigi is struggling to control the position. McSwizzer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Frigi walks away with a smile on his face. McSwizzer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. McSwizzer tries to land a leg kick but Frigi saw it coming and moves away.
Frigi shoots and misses enabling McSwizzer to counter with a crisp jab. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kalou Frigi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frigi fails with an attempt to clinch.
McSwizzer drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Frigi defends it well. Frigi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McSwizzer sprawls well. McSwizzer wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Frigi gets slowly back to his feet. Frigi has managed to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McSwizzer ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. McSwizzer no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. McSwizzer keeping moving, preventing Frigi from controlling successfully. McSwizzer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Frigi is one step ahead there. Frigi tries to free his leg and advance position but McSwizzer is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. McSwizzer is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David McSwizzer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
A combination from Frigi does no damage. Frigi tries to close the distance and clinch but McSwizzer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Frigi is defended easily by McSwizzer. McSwizzer clinches with his opponent.

McSwizzer pulls guard effortlessly. Frigi stopping the sweep attempt from McSwizzer. McSwizzer shoots in for a takedown but Frigi shows good takedown defense. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Frigi tries to clinch there but McSwizzer circles away.
McSwizzer is trying to counter with his kicks. Frigi gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and McSwizzer counters by moving into the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kalou Frigi. That's going to take a lot out of him. McSwizzer tries to pull guard but Frigi won't allow it.

McSwizzer keeping full guard, as Frigi tries to pass. Frigi won't allow McSwizzer to get back to his feet. McSwizzer pulls Frigi in close to his closed guard and prevents Frigi from doing any damage or advancing position. Frigi is stalling in the full guard. Frigi passes into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Frigi prevents McSwizzer from standing back up.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Frigi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to David McSwizzer. Well McSwizzer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
