Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Flint Westrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Flint Westrock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ryan Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westrock decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Westrock is working for a kimura but Johnson is defending it quite comfortably.
Westrock seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Johnson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Westrock takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Westrock is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Westrock trying to advance position but Johnson counters by regaining guard.
Johnson wants to get back to his feet but Westrock passes into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Westrock working the head and body with strikes.
Johnson manages to escape and get back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No luck for Westrock with that takedown attempt.

Westrock goes for a double leg but Johnson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Johnson continues to drive forward.
Westrock will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Flint Westrock. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Johnson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Johnson breaks the clinch.
Westrock shoots in and drives through. Johnson sprawls well.
Johnson scores with a leg kick.
Ryan Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Johnson feints a jab promting Westrock to slip. Johnson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Westrock slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Johnson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Westrock shoots in for a double leg but Johnson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Johnson moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson tries to land a body kick
and Westrock counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Westrock.
Johnson wants to stand up but Westrock is controlling him.
Westrock wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Westrock not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Westrock trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson kicks Westrock off and gets to his feet.
Johnson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Johnson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Westrock has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Westrock and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Johnson wants to get back to his feet.
Johnson is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Westrock has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Johnson is tapping! This fight is all over!
