Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wreckless Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Sudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wreckless Beast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dan Sudo!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sudo misses with a takedown attempt
and Beast counters with a left and a right that stings Sudo.
Dan Sudo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sudo gets a takedown into half guard.
Sudo looks to land a strike but Beast avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Beast on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Beast tries to get out of the position.
Sudo landing some decent shots from guard.
Sudo with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Sudo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Beast works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sudo is looking to advance position but Beast has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Beast wants to control the pace but Sudo is squirming around nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sudo keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Sudo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Sudo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Sudo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sudo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Beast manages to get himself to full guard.
Sudo lands a couple of elbows.
Sudo postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Sudo is in close to Beast's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Sudo cracks Beast with a solid left hand.
Sudo connects with a couple of short punches.

Sudo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Sudo postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Beast is breathing heavily.
Beast avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Sudo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Sudo cracks Beast with a solid left hand.
Sudo passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sudo lands a few punches from side control.
Sudo cracks Beast with a big elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Beast is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Sudo is chipping away with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sudo lands a nice forearm strike.
Beast takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Beast is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sudo lands a strong strike to the head of Beast. That's dazed him! Sudo looking to finish here. Beast is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Sudo lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Sudo!
