Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sylvanas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sylvanas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dos Santos tries to counter with a takedown but Sylvanas is quick to defend against it.
Sylvanas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dos Santos feinted with a counter takedown.
Dos Santos really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sylvanas rushes Dos Santos and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Sylvanas pulls Dos Santos into guard.
Dos Santos works over Sylvanas with some ground and pound from guard.
Dos Santos passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Dos Santos is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Sylvanas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dos Santos gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Sylvanas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dos Santos lets go of the hold and Sylvanas can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Junior Dos Santos!
Junior Dos Santos decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
