Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Brandon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman comes to the cage accompanied by I Mother Earth - Not Quite Sonic. Brandon has chosen Life Is Beautiful as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Junior Brandon! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Topper Green and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman throws a hook but Brandon blocks it. Coleman listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. We've been told by Coleman's head coaches at 5 Star Spar Bazaar OFC that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Brandon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Coleman pinned against the cage. Coleman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Brandon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Brandon avoids a kick to the body.
Brandon changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Coleman ducks under a wild hook from Brandon. Coleman scores with the left hand. Brandon knows he should have avoided that one. Good leg kick by Coleman there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman tries to keep at a distance but Brandon has taken the fight into the clinch. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Brandon is trying to break free. Coleman tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Brandon's elbow. Nice body punch from Coleman - that landed with a thud.

Brandon jumps guard but Coleman turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Coleman lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Brandon. Coleman lands with a light punch inside. Coleman lands with a short shot to the head. Coleman is stalling here.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Coleman lands a right hand that snaps the head of Brandon backwards. Brandon is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Coleman gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Brandon has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Coleman unloads a knee to the mid-section. Coleman tries to land knees in the clinch but Brandon avoids the damage to the body. Brandon prevents a body shot from Coleman. Coleman lands a nice shot to the body. Coleman has Brandon pushed against the cage. Brandon looking for a takedown. Coleman lands an uppercut. Coleman lands a body punch in the clinch. Brandon's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Coleman takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Coleman presses Brandon against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Coleman working Brandon over with knees to the body. Coleman throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Coleman makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Coleman lands a body punch. Coleman lands a body shot in the clinch.

Coleman tries to throw a body punch but Brandon avoids it by throwing Coleman back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Greg Coleman dominated that round. The cut man is working on Junior Brandon's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Coleman scores with a jab to the jaw. Brandon shoots in looking for a takedown but Coleman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Brandon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Greg Coleman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brandon shoots in for a double leg but Coleman sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Coleman circles away from the clinch attempt and Coleman counters with a nice leg kick. Coleman clinches. Brandon looking for a takedown. Greg Coleman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junior Brandon. Coleman lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Brandon is rocked! Coleman tries to throw a body punch but Brandon avoids it by throwing Coleman back against the cage. Coleman scores with a shot to the side of Brandon's head. Brandon is still on wobbly legs! Can Coleman finish him?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brandon takes a shot to the head. Greg Coleman has scored more points in the clinch so far. Coleman unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Brandon! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Coleman is unloading with more strikes now! Brandon drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Greg Coleman! A very excited looking Greg Coleman rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
