Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Diego Falcao (ranked 156 p4p, 7 weight class) and Bastyn Dall (ranked 389 p4p, 19 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Falcao might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Charon - Sorrow Song. Dall has chosen Beast as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Falcao turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Falcao lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Dall's corner calls for a 1-2. Dall obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Dall lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Dall stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Falcao.

Dall shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Falcao pinned against the cage. Falcao gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
It looked like Falcao was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Dall.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Diego Falcao will probably get the nod.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Dall might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Falcao has got the better of the exchanges.

That was a close second round but I would say that Diego Falcao will probably get the nod.

Diego Falcao decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
