Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brownie Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marek Koltun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brownie Anderson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Marek Koltun!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson misses the jab.
Anderson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Koltun. Koltun circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A jab from Koltun finds it's way through Anderson's defenses.
Koltun gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Anderson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Koltun moves out of range of the strikes.
Anderson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Koltun shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Koltun is staying active underneath Anderson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That was a close round but I would say that Brownie Anderson will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Koltun will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Brownie Anderson retains his title. It's always disappointing when a championship fight ends as a draw but that's what happens when you leave the fight in the judges hands!
