Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
43 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cinder Smaug! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Doe! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doe misses with a kick to the body.
Smaug walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Smaug lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
An inside leg kick lands from Doe. Doe ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Doe! But no joy. A jab from Smaug finds it's way through Doe's defenses.
It looks like Joe Doe has been cut. Smaug scores with a jab to the body. Decent striking displayed by Smaug there. Smaug steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Doe is out on his feet! Smaug sets himself and nearly takes Doe's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Cinder Smaug! Our winner, Cinder Smaug, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
