Bowen tries to clinch up but Townsend circles away and keeps his distance.

Bowen slips a jab and a cross from Townsend.
Bowen tries to counter with a clinch but Townsend shakes him off and moves away.
A clash of legs there as Bowen blocks the low kick.
Townsend's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bowen under the eye.
Bowen cracks Townsend with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Townsend looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bowen finish him?

Townsend tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bowen was well out of range. Poor timing from Townsend.

Bowen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Townsend paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bowen throws a right hand that Townsend ducks under and follows up with a left that Townsend also avoids with ease.
and Townsend counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Bowen! He's just covering up as Townsend starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marshall Townsend!
Marshall Townsend bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
