Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Snow Hale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Cross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hale's entrance music is Remember The Name. A fine choice. Cross comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Adrenaline kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! David Cross told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hale takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Cross throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hale. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Hale shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cross as he jumps to the side.
Cross lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
David Cross is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hale changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cross tries to avoid it but Hale manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cross to the ground. Cross escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
