Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyronn Lue! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max Hell! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lue looks for a takedown but Hell sprawls well. Donk. Hell catches Lue right on the button with a cross. Hell changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Lue shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hell scores with a hook to the body. Lue takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Hell leaves Lue with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Lue sets himself, and Hell steps forward looking for the clinch! Lue avoids it this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyronn Lue. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lue drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Lue shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hell sprawls well. Hell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lue gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lue throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hell moves into the clinch. A short uppercut from Hell. Hell makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Hell will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Lue up against the cage. Lue is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hell is keeping busy. Hell manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lue stalling in the clinch but Hell improves position. A short uppercut from Hell.
Lue is rocked! Lue is looking to take this one to the mat. Oh Lue is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lue tries to score a body lock takedown but Hell shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Lue seems to have got his legs back now. Lue is breathing heavily. Hell pushes Lue back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Lue tries for a takedown. No joy.
Hell digs a right hand into Lue's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Lue's gas tank. Hell makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hell working some nice short punches in the clinch. Hell stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Hell lands with a short head shot on the inside. Hell pushes Lue against the cage. Hell is working some dirty boxing. Hell pushes off with a quick right hook! Lue goes down! Lue tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hell moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Hell! In his post fight interview, Max Hell started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
