Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mick Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Douche Pillowhands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaw comes to the cage accompanied by Silver Bullet - Bring Forth The Guillotine. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mick Shaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Douche Pillowhands! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shaw misses with the combination.
Pillowhands drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Shaw defends it well. Pillowhands drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Shaw throws a nice head kick!

Pillowhands feints the counter takedown. Shaw jabbing away but nothing is landing. Shaw throws a big shot that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shaw tries to land a front kick but Pillowhands steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Pillowhands feints the counter takedown. A jab from Shaw misses. Pillowhands with the counter takedown but Shaw avoids it easily. Pillowhands takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Shaw throws a wild body kick that Pillowhands sees coming a mile off. A head kick from Shaw lands but Pillowhands takes it in his stride. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Shaw lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pillowhands has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pillowhands and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Pillowhands tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Shaw throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Pillowhands counters with a single leg into guard. Shaw didn't expect that. Shaw has Pillowhands pulled in close to control his posture. Shaw wants to sweep here but Pillowhands controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shaw is looking to stand up but Pillowhands isn't so interested in that idea. Shaw looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Pillowhands puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Shaw regains full guard. Nicely done. This has been an exciting period of action! Pillowhands stops Shaw from standing up. Shaw is trying to keep Pillowhands in close.
Shaw is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pillowhands stops Shaw from standing up. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Shaw lands with a nice body punch. Pillowhands takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Shaw goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Pillowhands tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Shaw lands a nice shot that snaps Pillowhands's head back.

Shaw wants to control from the top but Pillowhands keeps moving. Pillowhands has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Pillowhands uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shaw. Shaw cracks a nice hook into Pillowhands's ribs. Shaw will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Shaw throws a punch but it's blocked by Pillowhands. Pillowhands is trying to drag Shaw to the mat but Shaw just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Our sources have told us that Shaw has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Shaw's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. And that's the end of the fight! Mick Shaw showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Shaw, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
