Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bun Chantha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and That Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chantha comes to the cage accompanied by WORDS BOXIN. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chantha lands a head shot.

Guy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Chantha is trying to defend but Guy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Guy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Guy working over Chantha with some ground and pound. Chantha looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chantha has hold of Guy's hands but Guy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Chantha is trying to control but can't.

It looks like Guy is going to stand back up.
Chantha is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Guy is looking to advance position but Chantha won't allow it.
Guy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Chantha wants to get back to his feet.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Chantha throws a series of punches but Guy moves out of range.

and Guy counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Chantha!

Guy has an Americana. Chantha didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Guy is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Guy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
