Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Od Bulerk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Pizirdeven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pizirdeven is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hopsin - You Are My Enemy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pizirdeven stuffs the takedown attempt from Bulerk. Bulerk gets slowly back to his feet.
Bulerk fails with a takedown attempt.
It seemed like Pizirdeven was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Bulerk looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Od Bulerk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pizirdeven leaves Bulerk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Pizirdeven flicks out a counter leg kick but Bulerk steps away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bulerk is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Pizirdeven can't fight it off and eventually Bulerk manages to take the fight to the floor. Pizirdeven looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bulerk is trying to control the action in half guard but Pizirdeven is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Pizirdeven wants to improve his position but Bulerk is controlling well.
Bulerk wants to stand up but Pizirdeven manages to regain full guard.

Pizirdeven seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pizirdeven looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pizirdeven changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Bulerk dives in and grabs Pizirdeven's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pizirdeven pushes down on Bulerk's head and hops out.
Bulerk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Pizirdeven was covering up waiting for the punch and Bulerk finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pizirdeven manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bulerk manages to get himself to full guard.

Bulerk utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bulerk is on top in guard.
Pizirdeven pushes Bulerk off and scrambles back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Od Bulerk will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

and Bulerk counters with a nice kick to the body.
Bulerk throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bulerk shoots in looking for a takedown but Pizirdeven manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bulerk's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Pizirdeven feints and as Bulerk raises his hands in defense, Pizirdeven changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bulerk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Pizirdeven postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bulerk is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pizirdeven, into his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Pizirdeven wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pizirdeven working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bulerk doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bulerk manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Bulerk slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bulerk, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
