Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Simon Browne!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Sanchez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
And Browne tries to counter it with a takedown but Sanchez pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Sanchez tries to keep at a distance but Browne has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sanchez breaks the clinch.

Browne closes the distance and pushes Sanchez back into the cage.

Browne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A nice inside leg kick there by Sanchez. That's going to slow Browne down.

Browne has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Sanchez regains guard immediately.

Sanchez utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Sanchez can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Browne controls the pace.

Browne should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Browne seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Sanchez does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Simon Browne showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
