Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nate Skate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirk Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall has chosen "On My Way to the Cage" by Rollins Band as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nate Skate! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kirk Hall! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skate misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Skate blocks a head kick by Hall.
Hall throws a low kick but Skate avoids it. Nate Skate seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skate misses with the combination.
Skate takes a kick to the side of the head. Hall tries to close the distance and clinch up but Skate swats him away and circles back towards the center. Skate throws a right and a left that Hall avoids nicely. Hall connects with a nice looking jab.
A head kick misses from Hall. Skate ducks under a wild hook from Hall. Hall lands a head kick. Skate smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hall gets caught flat footed, as Skate shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Skate has gone for a leg lock! Hall slips out almost immediately though and dives into Skate's guard. Hall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Skate is keeping the position for now. Hall is looking to stand up but Skate won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skate looking for subs off his back but Hall has passed one foot through into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Skate looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Skate looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Hall prevents Skate from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Skate manages to get to full guard.
Skate had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hall is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Skate Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hall's back instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Skate working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Skate is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hall trying to control the hands but Skate breaks the grip. Skate doesn't have the hooks in and Hall manages to turn into his guard.
Hall trying to control the position from guard on top but Skate is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hall preventing the sweep. Hall throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Skate looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hall passes into side control.
Hall wants to control but Skate is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Skate manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Skate is trying to work for a kimura but Hall is defending well.
Hall is concentrating on defense, preventing Skate from advancing position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kirk Hall dominated that round. That's time! Skate's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hall throws a sloppy head kick and Skate moves out of range easily. Hall misses with a body shot.
Nate Skate is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hall misses with a body kick. A combination from Skate does no damage. Skate decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Skate throws a strike but Hall avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Skate tries to free his leg and advance position but Hall is retaining full guard. Hall is trying to control the position but Skate postures up. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hall can do anything to dispel that myth. Hall is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Skate trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Skate postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hall is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Skate, into his guard. Hall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skate swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skate working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hall doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hall manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Skate is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Hall tries to free his leg and advance position but Skate is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Skate has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Hall has passed into side control.
Skate prevents Hall from moving into mount. Skate manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hall's best efforts. Skate wants to improve his position but Hall is controlling well.
Skate looking for a kimura from the bottom but Hall passes into side control! Hall slows the pace down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Skate is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hall controls the position from side control. Skate looks to move to half guard but instead Hall has passed into mount! Damn!

That was a close second round but I would say that Nate Skate will probably get the nod. That's time! Skate's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Hall walks into a stiff left hand from Skate. Skate takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Skate misses with a double jab.
Hall connects with a solid leg kick. Skate misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hall scores with a leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hall.
Hall tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Skate was well out of range. Poor timing from Hall. Hall lands with a slapping head kick. Hall with a hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hall lands with an overhand left. A head kick misses from Hall. Hall moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Skate walks into a left hand. Skate avoids a punch combination nicely.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hall feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Skate's calf. Hall throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Skate. Kirk Hall seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall throws a head kick but Skate moves out of range.
A slapping body kick lands there for Hall. Hall throws a nice inside leg kick. Hall lands a head kick!
Skate closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Skate misses with an uppercut. Hall saw that one coming. A swing and a miss from Hall. Skate tries a low kick but Hall avoids it. Hall fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Skate. Hall attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Skate takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hall, right into the meat.
A chopping leg kick lands by Hall. Hall is looking to score with low kicks. Hall wants to slow Skate down by chopping away at his legs. Skate falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hall counters with a low kick, right behind Skate 's knee.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hall misses with a head kick.
Skate scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Skate uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hall has time to react. Skate takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hall pushes Skate away with a front kick. Skate avoids the head kick by Hall.
Skate fails to land with a series of punches.
Skate takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Skate lands with a nice combination. Hall backs away looking to recover. Skate misses with a combination
and Hall counters with a nice leg kick. The fighters circling - Hall throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Skate looks to score with a jab to the body but Hall is just out of range. Hall tries a head kick but it misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Skate misses with a double jab
and Hall connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Skate moves out of range of the body kick. Skate throws a right and a left that both miss. Hall looks to score with a jab to the body but Skate is just out of range. Skate clobbers Hall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Hall checks a leg kick. Skate chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hall can pounce on him.
Hall tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Skate shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Skate is pushing down on Hall's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hall is fighting to maintain full guard but Skate has managed to sneak the leg through. Skate is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Hall to slip a leg under and get back to full guard. Skate tries to free his leg and advance position but Hall is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hall has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Skate off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Good work by Hall as he checks the leg kick. No joy there for Hall, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A nice combination there by Skate.
Hall throws a half hearted mid kick. Skate falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hall counters with a head kick. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hall throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Skate blocks a head kick by Hall.
Skate works over Hall's head and body with a nice combination. Left hook, right uppercut from Skate.
And that's the end of the fight! Kirk Hall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hall has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
