The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Argyle thuds his shin into the meat of Mayo's side.
Mayo misses with a looping right.
Mayo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Argyle's waist but Argyle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mayo off to one side.
Mayo walks into a stiff left hand from Argyle.
Mayo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Mayo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Mayo scores with a nice strike.
Mayo jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Argyle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Trajan Argyle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Argyle bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A lazy left from Argyle finds it's target.
Mayo misses with a hook.
Argyle darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
