Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Subotai Hyrkanian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrion Lannister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hyrkanian's entrance music is Khan. A fine choice. Lannister has chosen Justin by Korn as his entrance music. Subotai Hyrkanian had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Subotai Hyrkanian looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lannister thumps Hyrkanian with a low kick.
Lannister gets the takedown into side control.
Hyrkanian takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Check out the look on Lannister's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Lannister looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lannister blocks the strikes from Hyrkanian.
Lannister tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Lannister wants to control but Hyrkanian is keeping him busy.
Lannister is chipping away with strikes.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Hyrkanian is not content to let Lannister control the position.
Hyrkanian wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
Lannister looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Hyrkanian takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Lannister tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lannister has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Hyrkanian misses with a strike from the bottom.
Hyrkanian has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lannister scores with a couple of short elbows.
Lannister is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hyrkanian has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lannister wants to control but Hyrkanian is keeping him busy.
Hyrkanian tries to buck Lannister off but Lannister is having none of it.
Hyrkanian takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Hyrkanian tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Lannister lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Lannister lands a nice forearm strike.
Lannister is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hyrkanian is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hyrkanian is not content to let Lannister control the position.
Lannister wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hyrkanian, who protects the arm well.
Lannister has hold of Hyrkanian's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Hyrkanian tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lannister cranks the arm and Hyrkanian screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hyrkanian, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tyrion Lannister!
