Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pavel Hryunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Ikban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pavel Hryunov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vlad Ikban! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Bruno Lombardi and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ikban is looking to clinch but Hryunov is avoiding it.
Ikban tries to clinch there but Hryunov circles away.
Ikban gets a clinch. Ikban breaks from the clinch.
Hryunov works the jab nicely. Ikban moves into the clinch. Ikban connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Pavel Hryunov has been cut. Ikban tries for a takedown but Hryunov manages to get underhooks.
Hryunov wants to break free but Ikban has control.
Hryunov is trying to force a seperation but Ikban has the dominant position. Ikban tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hryunov avoids it. Hryunov has had enough of the clinch but Ikban keeps him there for the moment. Hryunov is trying to force a seperation but Ikban has the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ikban with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ikban is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hryunov is defending well for now. Hryunov gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ikban.
Hryunov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hryunov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Vlad Ikban has been cut. Pavel Hryunov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hryunov has managed to clinch.
Ikban has Hryunov pressed against the cage, preventing Hryunov from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Hryunov looks to throw an elbow but misses. Hryunov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hryunov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ikban. Ikban has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A decent looking body kick lands there for Hryunov. Hryunov lands a jab to Ikban's midsection. Ikban takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ikban walks into a stiff left hand from Hryunov. Hryunov works the jab nicely. Hryunov looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No joy there for Hryunov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hryunov bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ikban's head. Hryunov lands a big head kick that sends Ikban tumbling to the mat! Hryunov takes a step backwards and waves Ikban back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ikban is rocked! Ikban glances at the clock... BAM! Hryunov nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Ikban crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Ikban is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pavel Hryunov! Pavel Hryunov spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
