The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Tyson is able to avoid easily.
Tyson throws a jab when Jones was well out of range.
Jones misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tyson.
Jones misses with an uppercut.
Tyson lands a nice looking body shot.
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tyson moves away.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
It seemed like Tyson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Jones walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Tyson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Tyson misses with a body kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tyson goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Tyson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Tyson flicks out a counter leg kick but Jones steps away.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jones, right into the meat.
Tyson ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Jones misses with a right hand
and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones throws a nice outside leg kick.
Jones steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tyson.
Tyson tries to land a front kick but Jones steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Decent striking displayed by Tyson there.
Jones is rocked!
Jones throws an off balance right hand
and Tyson counters with a big left hand that crumples Jones! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Tyson!
