Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Cooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rey Hanibal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rey Hanibal will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dexter Cooke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rey Hanibal! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Francis DeMontford and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hanibal looking to score a takedown here. Cooke is defending well but Hanibal drives through and ends up in Cooke's guard. Cooke kicks Hanibal off and gets to his feet. Cooke shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hanibal manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Hanibal wants to get back to his feet but Cooke passes into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action! Cooke is trying to work for a kimura but Hanibal is defending well.
Hanibal blocking the ground and pound attempt from Cooke. Hanibal is looking to control Cooke's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hanibal avoid being mounted? Cooke not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Cooke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hanibal is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cooke is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cooke looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hanibal is trying to stand.
Hanibal wants to control but Cooke is keeping busy.
Cooke keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Cooke is trying to work for a kimura but Hanibal is defending well.
Cooke will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cooke is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Hanibal is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
