Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Morgan Vrinceanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fatey Ahmad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fatey Ahmad will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahmad lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ahmad.

Ahmad uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Vrinceanu has time to react.

Vrinceanu drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Vrinceanu jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

and Ahmad counters with a three punch combo that has Vrinceanu backing up. Vrinceanu nods at Ahmad to acknowledge the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
