Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miguel Cotto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill The Kid!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Kid uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cotto.
The Kid misses with a body shot.
The Kid ducks under a wild hook from Cotto.
Cotto throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The Kid follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
The Kid has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The fighters circle momentarily. Cotto darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Cotto throws a big shot that misses.
Cotto throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent The Kid stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A telegraphed right hand from Cotto misses the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cotto jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Cotto lands a nice shot that snaps The Kid's head back.
Cotto takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The Kid throws a body punch but Cotto moves out of range.
Cotto throwing a counter right hand but The Kid manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cotto scores with a nice head shot.
The Kid is rocked!
Cotto throws a monster overhand right that drops The Kid! Cotto follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Miguel Cotto!
Miguel Cotto was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
