Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Senior. No joy for Katzers on that attempt.

A nice side step and Senior releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Senior swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Katzers makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Katzers fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Senior avoids it really well and circles away.

Senior will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Katzers appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Katzers gets caught flat footed, as Senior shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Katzers on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Katzers tries to get out of the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Senior sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Katzers defending well though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Senior is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Katzers has hold of Senior's hands but Senior slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Still in half guard, Senior seems content to control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Senior thows a huge punch but Katzers dodges it nicely.
Senior winds up and cracks Katzers with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Senior seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Katzers does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Senior clinches up with Katzers and pushes him back against the cage.
Senior's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Senior throws a head kick but Katzers moves out of range.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Senior.
Katzers changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Senior tries to avoid it but Katzers manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Senior to the ground. Senior escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Senior lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Katzers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Senior on the ground.
Senior is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Katzers takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Senior has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Senior has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Katzers's face.
Senior connects with a bit shot that sees Katzers covering up! More strikes from Senior and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Senior is our winner by TKO!
