Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mario Zambrana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Ken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zambrana comes to the cage accompanied by Impact is Imminent. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zambrana works Ken's body with a nice hook.

Zambrana clinches up against the cage.
Zambrana pressing his opponent against the cage.
Zambrana lands an elbow inside.
Zambrana lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Zambrana landing knees to the body.
Zambrana lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Anderson Ken has been cut.
Zambrana lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Ken jumps guard but Zambrana stands there with Ken around his waist. Ken gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Zambrana lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ken backwards.
Zambrana is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Zambrana lands an elbow that stopped Ken in his tracks for a moment.

Zambrana is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Zambrana lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

That has opened up Anderson Ken's cut even more.
Zambrana comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Ken is trying to pull guard but Zambrana turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Ken drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Zambrana gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mario Zambrana has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Ken.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Zambrana.
Ken is trying to pull guard but Zambrana has him pressed against the cage.

Ken drags the fight down to the ground.

Zambrana decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Zambrana has Ken up against the cage in a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Zambrana lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ken backwards.
Ken is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Zambrana gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

The cut above Anderson Ken's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Zambrana lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Anderson Ken's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Zambrana has Ken pressed against the cage, preventing Ken from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Zambrana comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Ken is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Zambrana to keep the fight standing.
Ken fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Zambrana lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Anderson Ken's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
