Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Hillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Sixx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sixx has chosen Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Hillman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Sixx ! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hillman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hillman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sixx can do anything to dispel that myth. Sixx can't do much from the bottom here. Hillman postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Hillman looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sixx is avoiding damage well.
Hillman in side control, just content to control the action for now. Hillman cracks Sixx with an elbow. That is naaassty. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sixx on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Hillman is trying to get back to his feet but Sixx has full control of the position and if anything, Hillman has just worked his way into a worse spot. Sixx missing with punches from the back. Hillman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hillman looking very determined here, making life difficult for Sixx .

That's two minutes gone in the round. Hillman is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Sixx .

A close round but Ryan Sixx will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hillman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sixx . Sixx throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hillman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sixx is in Hillman's guard. Sixx prevents Hillman from getting back to his feet. Sixx wants to control from the top but Hillman keeps moving. Hillman wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sixx manages to pass to side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hillman is trying to stand up here but Sixx is controlling him well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sixx fails to land the takedown. Hillman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hillman showed some decent athleticism there. Sixx wants to control but Hillman is keeping busy and won't allow it. Hillman seems to be working for a kimura but Sixx defends the submission attempt. Hillman throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Sixx to regain full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sixx looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hillman is one step ahead there. Sixx keeping moving, preventing Hillman from controlling successfully. Hillman is stalling in the full guard. Hillman preventing the sweep.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sixx looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Hillman! Sixx trying to control the position but Hillman is working away. Hillman wants to get back to his feet but Sixx drags him back down. Sixx trying to control the position but Hillman is working away.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Hillman feints and as Sixx raises his hands in defense, Hillman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hillman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hillman works over Sixx with some ground and pound from guard. Sixx looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hillman distracts Sixx with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jack Hillman will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Hillman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sixx 's guard. Hillman wants to pass the guard but Sixx is keeping the position. Hillman throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sixx throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Hillman controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Hillman tries to free his leg and advance position but Sixx is retaining full guard. Hillman wants to control from the top but Sixx keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Hillman leaves Sixx with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Hillman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Hillman sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Sixx is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Hillman wants to control but Sixx is keeping him busy. Hillman staying calm.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Sixx prevents Hillman from moving into mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sixx tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hillman working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Hillman lands a nice forearm strike. Hillman is putting a hurting on Sixx here, landing some big shots from side control.
Sixx is rocked! Hillman in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Sixx looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Hillman turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
