Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Ethan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Macon Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ryan Ethan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Macon Sackett! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ethan doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ethan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ethan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Sackett counter with a right hand. Ethan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sackett has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Ethan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sackett counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Ethan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sackett swivels and escapes. Ethan misses with a looping left. Ethan shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Ethan was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ethan wants to take a breather but Sackett manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Ethan. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ethan throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sackett is controlling Ethan's posture. Sackett has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Ethan off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Ethan throws a looping overhand right but Sackett ducks down to avoid it. Sackett lands a jab to Ethan's midsection. Sackett is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sackett slaps away a takedown attempt from Ethan, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Ethan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ethan on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ethan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sackett swivels and escapes. Sackett was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Ryan Ethan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ethan dives in for a single leg takedown but Sackett sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Ethan throws a series of punches but Sackett moves out of range. Ethan backing away here, and Sackett unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Sackett bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ethan's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sackett throws a hook but Ethan avoids it easily. Ethan throws a wild body kick that Sackett sees coming a mile off. Ethan misses with a wild body shot. It seemed like Sackett was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Ethan tries to bum rush Sackett with a series of wild strikes but Sackett uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ethan misses with a left hand and Sackett counters with a nice right hand that sends Ethan toppling to the canvas! Ethan scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Sackett finish him?!
Ethan is rocked! Ethan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sackett swivels and escapes. Sackett throws out a counter right but Ethan avoids it with no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sackett drops Ethan with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ethan looks back up at him and smiles so Sackett waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Ethan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Ethan fails with a takedown attempt. Ethan circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Sackett. Ethan falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Sackett!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Macon Sackett!
