The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stephens displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stark throws out the jab.
Stark scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Samuel Stephens has been cut.
Stark throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Stark throws a right and a left that Stephens avoids nicely.

Stark keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Steven Stark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stark misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stephens dives in for a single leg takedown but Stark sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Stark keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Stephens jumps guard and drags Stark to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Stephens is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Stark frees his head nicely. Oh but Stephens has switched to an armbar! Stark is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
