Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between AJ Wilder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexey Karasev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilder comes into the arena with Talkin' Da Hardest blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilder feints and then cracks Karasev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Karasev down.

Karasev tries to keep at a distance but Wilder has taken the fight into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Karasev throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wilder stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Karasev's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wilder connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Karasev scrambles back to his feet.
