Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fist Signal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Garbrand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Signal throws a looping overhand right but Garbrand ducks down to avoid it.
Garbrand looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Signal gets a clinch.

Garbrand looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

It seemed like Garbrand was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Signal with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Garbrand to score with a decent uppercut.
