Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bas Dekkers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alton Newcastle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newcastle throws a hook but Dekkers blocks it.

Newcastle darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Dekkers has been working on his boxing with his coaches at mickeyharts the greatest in the buildup to the fight.

Newcastle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dekkers is fending him off so far but Newcastle persists. Nope, Dekkers circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bas Dekkers.
