Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Francis Fitzpatrick!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzpatrick uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Brown.
Fitzpatrick has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Brown is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Fitzpatrick throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Brown stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fitzpatrick throws a body punch but Brown moves out of range.
Brown drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Fitzpatrick tests Brown's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fitzpatrick misses with the combination.
Brown gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Fitzpatrick misses with a body punch.
Fitzpatrick wants to stall.
Fitzpatrick tries a body shot but Brown blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fitzpatrick creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Brown tries to throw a body punch but Fitzpatrick avoids it by throwing Brown back against the cage.
Fitzpatrick throws a head punch that misses.
Fitzpatrick goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Brown tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fitzpatrick just stands there and leans against the cage.
Fitzpatrick breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brown has taken the fight to the clinch.
Brown lands with a left to the head.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Fitzpatrick escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown wants to clinch.
Fitzpatrick slips under a jab from Brown.
Brown has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fitzpatrick finds it's way round the side to connect with Brown's head.
Brown fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fitzpatrick looks to score with a jab to the body but Brown is just out of range.
Fitzpatrick darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Brown is rocked!
BOOM! Fitzpatrick lands a beautiful left hook that drops Brown. Brown tries to recover but Fitzpatrick is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Brown lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Francis Fitzpatrick!
