The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Summer Carpenter and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parsons tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but De Lange defends well and Parsons ends up having to push De Lange into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
De Lange looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Parsons shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches De Lange napping and manages to drive through into side control!
De Lange is looking to regain half guard here but Parsons keeps moving and retains side control.
Parsons knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for De Lange on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Graig Parsons will probably get the nod.

De Lange drives through and clinches with Parsons against the cage.

De Lange ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. De Lange no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Parsons would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Parsons slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
De Lange is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Parsons frees his head nicely. Oh but De Lange has switched to an armbar! Parsons is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
