The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller forces Silva back against the ropes and clinches.
Silva looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Silva wants to get back to striking at distance but Miller won't allow it.
Miller successfully pulls guard.
Silva wants to pass the guard but Miller is keeping the position.
Miller looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Miller feints and as Silva raises his hands in defense, Miller changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Miller stands and throws Silva's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Miller is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Miller is working Silva over with some ground and pound from side control.
Miller is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Silva has escaped the position, nice work there.
Miller trying to control the action but Silva is working from the bottom.
Miller is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Silva looks calm but he's in trouble here. Miller gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Silva is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Miller lets go of the hold and Silva can pop his arm back in it's socket.
