Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Aaron Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyron Woodly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aaron Cooper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyron Woodly! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Woodly moves into the clinch. Cooper doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Woodly stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Cooper scores with a shot to the side of Woodly's head. Woodly fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Woodly misses with the head strike.
Woodly lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cooper backwards. Woodly scores with a hook to the body. Cooper misses with a hook from the clinch. Woodly misses with a short punch on the inside. Cooper has had enough of the clinch but Woodly keeps him there for the moment. Woodly tries to work over Cooper's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Cooper can't find room to land a body shot as Woodly controls the action.

Cooper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A combination from Cooper does no damage. Woodly closes the distance and pushes Cooper back into the ropes. Cooper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cooper has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Midnight MMA in the buildup to the fight. Woodly tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Cooper manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Cooper avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woodly closes the distance and clinches. Woodly blocking some punches.
Cooper breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Woodly has taken the fight to the clinch.

Woodly uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Cooper takes a jab right on the kisser.
Woodly takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Woodly closes the distance but Cooper moves to the side and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Woodly moves into range and clinches up with Cooper. Woodly lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cooper scores with a shot to the side of Woodly's head. Woodly has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Cooper seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Woodly can turn it around. Cooper misses with a hook to the ribs.

Woodly lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Cooper backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A short right from Woodly on the inside. Cooper misses with a hook from the clinch. Woodly creates a bit of space and cracks Cooper with an uppercut that drops him to the canvas! Cooper is wobbled and seems to be struggling to get back to his feet. 3,4,5. He's up! Phew, his manager will be relieved but they're no doubt wondering whether he'll be able to recover properly and get back in the fight!

It looks like Aaron Cooper has been cut. Woodly clinches. Oh Cooper is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A head punch on the inside from Cooper fails to land. Woodly misses with a short punch on the inside. Woodly creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Cooper crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Cooper face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Woodly takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Tyron Woodly! Tyron Woodly decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
