Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keisuke Takasugi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edwin Kjaer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kjaer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rammstein - Führe Mich (Nymphomaniac Version). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Keisuke Takasugi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Edwin Kjaer! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kjaer lands a big head kick that sends Takasugi tumbling to the mat! Kjaer takes a step backwards and waves Takasugi back to his feet - he wants the finish! Horrible takedown attempt by Takasugi or perhaps it was just good defense by Kjaer, which made it look bad. Takasugi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Kjaer lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kjaer drops Takasugi with a big knee straight up the middle! Takasugi is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

It looks like Keisuke Takasugi has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takasugi gets a clinch. Oh Takasugi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kjaer tries to land a knee to the head but Takasugi blocks with his arms.
Takasugi seems to have got his legs back now. Kjaer with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Kjaer lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Kjaer softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Kjaer tries to work over Takasugi's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Kjaer using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Takasugi has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Kjaer is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Takasugi is defending well for now. Takasugi prevents a body shot from Kjaer. Kjaer connects with a nasty looking knee right to Takasugi's face.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kjaer throws a punch but it's blocked by Takasugi. Kjaer lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Kjaer tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Kjaer misses with a body punch.
Kjaer misses with a hook from the clinch. Takasugi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Takasugi scores with the left hand. Kjaer knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Edwin Kjaer has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Takasugi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kjaer circles away quickly and effectively. Takasugi misses with a few strikes there.
Takasugi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Edwin Kjaer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kjaer avoids the head kick by Takasugi.
Takasugi scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Takasugi wants to stand but Kjaer has his arm trapped. You can see the frustration on Kjaer's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takasugi has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Kjaer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Kjaer lands a big uppercut and Takasugi crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Takasugi looks OK. Kjaer waves Takasugi back to his feet! Kjaer drops Takasugi with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Takasugi! Kjaer dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edwin Kjaer! Keisuke Takasugi was interviewed post fight and said 'bukkake kikoman!'.
