Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mitchell Hanson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hanson circles away quickly and effectively.
Mitchell Hanson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Robertson fails in his attempt to clinch.

It looks like Joshuah Robertson has been cut.
Hanson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Robertson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hanson swivels and escapes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Robertson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hanson is looking to escape.
Hanson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hanson really wants to buck Robertson off and get back to his feet.

Robertson throws a wild body kick that Hanson sees coming a mile off.
Robertson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hanson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Robertson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hanson tries to avoid it but Robertson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hanson to the ground. Hanson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Robertson is trying to control the action in half guard but Hanson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Mitchell Hanson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Hanson tries to kick Robertson off but Robertson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
