Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Krejzi Kure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carver Cade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kure comes to the cage accompanied by BIG SHUG - who's hard. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Krejzi Kure! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
40 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Carver Cade! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cade darts in and clinches Kure up against the cage. Cade misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Cade blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cade lands with a short shot to the head. Cade lands a right hand. A head punch on the inside from Cade fails to land. A shot in the inside from Cade. Cade misses with a body punch.
Kure lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Kure misses with a short punch on the inside. Cade cracks Kure with a nice body shot. Cade goes for a takedown attempt but Kure pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Cade connects with a body shot. Cade throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

This has been an exciting period of action! Kure throws a right and a left that both miss. Kure jabbing away but nothing is landing. Cade misses with an uppercut
letting Kure counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cade is looking to slow Kure down with leg kicks. Cade fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kure dives in and grabs Cade's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cade pushes down on Kure's head and hops out. Cade misses with a looping right. Kure was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Cade fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Krejzi Kure has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carver Cade. Kure avoids the body shot from Cade.
Cade connects with a leg kick. Kure looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kure lands a jab to the nose. Kure misses with a series of wild punches.
Cade throws a big shot that misses. Kure drops down looking for a counter takedown but Cade sprawls and moves away. Cade tries to clinch up but Kure circles away and keeps his distance. Kure scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cade keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Cade is trying is best to control the position here. Kure not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kure is looking to take a break and control but Cade is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kure takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Kure missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Cade blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kure. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kure throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Cade told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Kure is nestled in close to Cade, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kure missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kure has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. That's three minutes gone in the round. Cade kicks Kure off and gets back to his feet. Cade shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kure connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jab by Kure. Cade takes a jab right on the kisser.

and Kure counters with a three punch combo that has Cade backing up. Cade nods at Kure to acknowledge the strikes. Kure ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cade moves away. Cade throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kure is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Kure avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kure misses with a wild body shot. Kure throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Cade to counter with a crisp jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kure throws an off balance right hand
and Cade counters with a stiff right hand. Kure takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Cade moves into range and connects with a jab. Cade slips under a jab from Kure. Kure closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cade circles away. It seemed like Cade was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cade thuds a left hand into Kure's body. Kure lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Cade tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kure was well out of range. Poor timing from Cade. Cade tries a low kick but Kure avoids it. Kure looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Cade throws an overhand right that lands on Kure's shoulder, as Kure tries to avoid the shot. Kure uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Kure closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kure avoids the body shot from Cade.
Kure takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cade slips a jab from Kure. Cade throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kure misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kure stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cade. Kure closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kure lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Cade is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Krejzi Kure will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kure throws a hook but Cade avoids it easily. Cade just misses with a punch to the body.
Cade takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kure throws a body punch but Cade moves out of range. Kure ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cade moves away. Kure lands a nice looking body shot.
Cade connects with a leg kick. Kure looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Cade connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kure. Kure circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Kure misses with a body shot.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cade. Kure throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Cade counters with a thumping low kick. Cade throws a series of punches but Kure moves out of range. Horrible takedown attempt by Cade or perhaps it was just good defense by Kure, which made it look bad. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kure blocks a jab. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kure is defended easily by Cade.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cade throws a front kick aimed at Kure's knee but Kure avoids it well. Cade throws a leg kick and Kure counters with a nice double leg into guard. Cade uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Carver Cade seems to be getting the better of the standup. Kure bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Carver Cade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kure on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Cade. Cade obviously looking to wear him down.
Kure on the wrong end of a nice hook. Kure takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kure rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cade moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kure shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kure was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kure misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kure is looking to take a break and control but Cade is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cade is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kure's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kure lands strikes from half guard. Kure misses with a head shot. Cade uses the momentum to regain guard. Cade manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Cade moves into the clinch. Cade is defending well against a takedown attempt. Cade stops a takedown attempt from Kure.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krejzi Kure. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kure is trying to force a seperation but Cade has the dominant position. Good body shot from Cade.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cade gets underhooks to prevent Kure's takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cade throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Cade doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Cade goes for a takedown attempt but Kure pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Kure throws a body shot but no joy. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cade! But no joy. Cade dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kure. That did some damage! Cade moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Cade cracks Kure with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Cade buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kure throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Cade tries to close the distance and clinch but Kure swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Cade swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cade takes one to the chin there. Kure shoots for a double leg takedown but Cade sprawls well. He's pushed Kure's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A punch combination from Cade misses. Kure loads up on a big right hand but Cade slips the punch. Kure fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kure throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Cade counter with a right hand. Krejzi Kure is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cade moves in looking to clinch but Kure pushes him off. An attempted straight right counter from Kure misses the target. Kure takes one on the button. Cade walks into a jab. Cade drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cade working the ground and pound but Kure is defending the strikes. Kure takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Kure manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kure tries to get to full guard but Cade has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carver Cade showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Carver Cade seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cade. Kure blocking some punches.

A frustrated look appears on Kure's face as he tries to break the clinch. Cade lands an uppercut. Kure blocks an uppercut.
Kure is working for takedown but Cade is calmly controlling the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cade lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kure swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cade throws a head punch that misses. A body shot lands from Cade.
Kure tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cade's elbow. Cade tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cade lands with a right to the head. Kure looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Cade is defending well against a takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cade softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Cade gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kure makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kure. Cade lands a couple of decent looking shots. Cade lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kure manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cade manages to get himself to full guard.
Cade keeping moving, preventing Kure from controlling successfully. Cade lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kure controls Cade momentarily but Cade frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cade trying to control the position from guard on top but Kure is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cade with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Kure looking for a sweep. Not yet Kure, not yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kure is working hard here to advance position. Cade with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Carver Cade has got the better of the ground game so far. Cade wants to control from the top but Kure keeps moving. Kure bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cade's guard. Cade has his hands on Kure's head, controlling the position. Cade has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cade is continuing to stall. Kure working some strikes from top position. Cade is pulling down on Kure's head. It's preventing any offense from Kure, at least for the moment. Cade wants to sweep here but Kure controlling him for the moment. Cade wriggles free and stands up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cade lands with a thumping leg kick.
Cade waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kure. Kure throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kure misses with an uppercut. Kure lands with a nice combination. Cade backs away looking to recover. Kure takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Cade scoring well with a low kick there.

This has been an exciting period of action! Sloppy strikes from Cade. Those never looked like landing. Cade lands with a right hand. Kure gets tackled into the cage by Cade. Cade maintains the clinch. Kure throws a head punch that misses. Cade tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Cade lands with a left to the head.
And that's the end of the fight! Carver Cade comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Cade has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
