Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam Townsend (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yip Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Townsend on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Townsend shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Man kicks off Townsend and gets to his feet.
Townsend jabbing away but nothing is landing.
It seemed like Man was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A combination from Townsend does no damage.
Man bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Townsend's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Townsend catches Man with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Townsend avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Townsend looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Townsend shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Man napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Man managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Townsend.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ground and pound from Townsend seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
You can see the frustration on Man's face as Townsend controls the position.
Man wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Townsend in side control lands a decent elbow.
Townsend is working to tighten his grip on Man's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Man has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Townsend is really squeezing tight and eventually Man passes out! Townsend breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
