Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between shane haag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). shane haag looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, shane haag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andre Floyd!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Floyd shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
haag looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Floyd in particular looking to stall.
haag wants to improve his position but Floyd is controlling well.
Floyd works his way into side control.
haag being controlled for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Floyd working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Floyd has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
haag tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Floyd paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Floyd drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
A lull in the action here.
haag knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Floyd on the ground.
haag tries to bench press Floyd off him but Floyd keeps the position.

Floyd tries to close the distance and clinch up but haag swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The ground and pound from haag seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Floyd tries to escape but haag is in control.
Floyd is trying to control haag's posture but haag avoids it.

haag is refusing to be controlled, as Floyd sits in half guard.

Andre Floyd showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Floyd bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in haag's guard.

haag tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Floyd wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

haag shoots in looking for a takedown. Floyd tries to sprawl out of it but haag keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Floyd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

haag looks to land a combination but Floyd avoids it well.

Floyd closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
haag is not content to let Floyd control the position.

Floyd is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but haag is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Floyd lands an elbow.

haag is looking to regain half guard here but Floyd keeps moving and retains side control.
Floyd cracks haag with an elbow. That is naaassty.
haag is looking for a sweep.
haag is working hard here to advance position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Floyd closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Floyd lands in his opponent's guard.
haag wants to stand and escape but Floyd is having none of it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Andre Floyd comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Floyd winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
