Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Sandman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergiusz Ataman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ataman looks to land a right hand but Sandman moved out of range.
Sandman goes for a double leg but Ataman avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ataman continues to drive forward.
We've been hearing reports that Sandman has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Sandman jabs Ataman right on the nose. Ataman blinks but takes it well.

Ataman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ataman lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sandman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sandman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
