Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Winfred Barr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Bragin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boris Bragin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Winfred Barr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boris Bragin! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bragin dodges the punch combination from Barr.
Bragin clinches. Bragin pulls Barr into guard.
Barr's corner is telling him to maintain position. Bragin looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bragin trying to control the position here. Barr drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Barr jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Barr might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barr's corner is telling him to maintain position. Barr gets to his feet - Bragin follows without any prompting. Bragin throws a series of strikes that have Barr backpedaling.
It looks like Winfred Barr has been cut. Barr could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bragin wants to clinch. Bragin gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Barr pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Barr keeps the fight on the outside. Barr tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Bragin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bragin creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Barr tries to buck Bragin off but Bragin is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bragin stands up and we're back to a striking position. A punch combination from Barr misses. Bragin is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Bragin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Barr moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Winfred Barr is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bragin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Barr, pushing him back against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Barr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Bragin on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Barr is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bragin is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Barr to the mat. Barr regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Barr is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Barr looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bragin is one step ahead there. Bragin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Barr is trying to keep Bragin in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bragin wants to stand but Barr has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Barr is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bragin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bragin trying to control but Barr is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Barr is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bragin cracks Barr with a solid left hand. Bragin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Bragin controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Bragin has closed the distance and engaged Barr in a clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bragin has picked Barr up - he's going for a ride! Bragin dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Still in half guard, Bragin seems content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boris Bragin dominated that round. The cut man is working on Winfred Barr's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Bragin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Barr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bragin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bragin gets a clinch. Bragin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bragin is looking to clinch but Barr is avoiding it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bragin. Bragin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Barr! Barr tries to improve position but can't. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barr prevents Bragin from improving position. Bragin is trying to get an arm triangle but Barr is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barr misses with an elbow from the bottom. Barr sneaks back into half guard. Bragin is stalling here. Barr is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Bragin seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Barr has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Barr lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. A lull in the action here. Bragin tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Bragin's face as Barr controls the position. Bragin can't do much from the bottom here. Barr grinds an elbow into Bragin's temple. You can see the frustration on Bragin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Barr just content to control the position. A control attempt from Bragin but he's now mounted! Bragin is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Barr cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Barr landing strikes from the mount and Bragin is in trouble! Bragin is breathing heavily. Bragin working to try and regain half guard.
Barr looking to control and managing it successfully. Bragin trying desperately to get to his feet.
Barr lands a big shot there that rocks Bragin but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Barr controlling the position easily from mount. Barr avoids the attempt from Bragin to control. Bragin in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Barr takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Barr avoids the attempt from Bragin to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bragin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Barr keeps working. Barr moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bragin stopping the sweep attempt from Barr. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barr looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Winfred Barr overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Barr can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bragin controls the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bragin wants to control from the top but Barr keeps moving. Barr looking for a guillotine here but Bragin defends easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bragin is keen to just control but Barr is a slippery customer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bragin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Barr's guard. Barr is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Barr is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bragin stays in close to Barr's body and controls the position. Barr controls Bragin momentarily but Bragin frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bragin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Barr, up you get! Bragin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Barr sprawls well initially but Bragin persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Barr is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bragin pulls his head out easily. Bragin postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Barr to stand up. Good leg kick by Bragin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Boris Bragin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bragin gets in close and instigates a clinch. Barr wants a takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Boris Bragin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bragin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
