Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Harbor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anakoni Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kai has chosen Firestarter as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harbor misses with a wild body shot.
We've been informed that Kai has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Harbor lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
A jab from Harbor misses.
Harbor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kai avoids it really well and circles away.
Harbor misses with a double jab
and Kai counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harbor scores with a hook to the body. Kai takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Harbor lands with a cross.
Kai tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Harbor was well out of range. Poor timing from Kai.
Harbor was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Harbor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kai.

and Kai counters with a stiff right hand.
Harbor slips under a jab.
Kai misses with a right hand
and Kai takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kai gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Harbor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Harbor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Kai misses with a double jab.
Kai just misses with a punch to the body.
Harbor was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Kai moves forwards but Harbor connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Harbor misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kai looks to land a left hand but Harbor moved out of range nicely.
Harbor appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Harbor fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A little jabbing left from Kai on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kai uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Harbor.
As Harbor backs off Kai throws a huge counter combo but Harbor manages to avoid it all.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Harbor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kai.
Harbor connects with a nice looking jab.
Kai ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kai throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Harbor on the side of the head.
Harbor misses with a lunging right hand
and Kai counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Harbor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kai misses with an uppercut. Harbor saw that one coming.
James Harbor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kai lands with an overhand left.
Harbor swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Kai counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Harbor has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
