Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Daniel Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trent Punchy!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams clinches up with Punchy and pushes him back against the cage.

Williams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Punchy throws a body punch but Williams moves out of range.
Punchy keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Williams.
Punchy takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Williams buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Williams slips under a jab.
A little feinted left hand from Williams on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Williams blocks a head kick by Punchy.
Punchy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Williams lands a jab to the nose.
Williams slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Punchy throws a combination that misses
and Williams counters with a right hand to the body.
Williams scores with a body shot.
Punchy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Punchy works over Williams's head and body with a nice combination.
Williams scores with a nice body kick.
Punchy misses with a wild body shot.

Williams throws a head kick that Punchy semi-blocks.
Punchy lands with an overhand left.
A slow jab from Williams misses its intended target.
Williams lands a lovely overhand right.
Daniel Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams throws a sloppy head kick
and Punchy counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Williams lands with a right hand.
Williams bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Williams throws a lazy body kick
and Punchy counters with a nice uppercut.
Williams doesn't manage to clinch there - Punchy circles away.
Punchy takes a swing at Williams's ribcage but misses.
Williams is looking for a counter combo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Both fighters circling a little - Williams finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Punchy connects with a single shot there.
Punchy jabs Williams to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Punchy delivers a nice body kick.

Williams throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Punchy to counter with a crisp jab.
Williams connects with a solid leg kick.
Williams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Punchy manages to avoid it.
We've been told by Williams's head coaches at ~T~ Troid - Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Punchy feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Williamss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Punchy takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Williams uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Punchy.
Punchy throws an off balance right hand
and Williams counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Punchy moves out of range as Williams throws a body kick.
Punchy cracks Williams with a right hand to the side of the head.
Decent striking displayed by Williams there.
Williams throws a poor cross that misses
and Punchy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Williams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Punchy feints the counter takedown.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A big right from Williams misses.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Punchy paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Punchy feints the counter takedown.
Punchy misses with a body kick.
Punchy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Williams on the side of the head.
Punchy darts in and out, connecting with a jab.


Williams is rocked!
Williams slips a straight right by Punchy.
Oh Williams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nice defenses there by Williams.
Williams seems to have got his legs back now.
Williams tries to clinch up but Punchy circles away and keeps his distance.
Punchy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Williams counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Punchy lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Williams fails with an attempt to clinch.
Punchy tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Williams fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Punchy checks it well.
Williams gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Williams tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Punchy is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Williams buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Williams!! Williams is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Punchy throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trent Punchy!
Trent Punchy decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
