Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Mary had a little lamb. Steel has chosen Kollegah - Bossaura as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel throws a leg kick but Tyson sees it coming and moves out of range.
Steel misses with a body punch
and Tyson counters with a nice body shot.
Steel misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tyson.
Steel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tyson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
David Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tyson swings and misses with a hook to the body.

It looked like Tyson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Steel feints and then cracks Tyson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tyson down.

and Tyson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Steel! Tyson lets Steel back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like David Steel has been cut.
Steel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tyson counters with an inside leg kick.
Tyson cracks Steel with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Steel looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tyson finish him?
Steel is rocked!
Tyson cracks Steel with a left hook right on the temple and Steel goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Tyson lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Steel is OK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Tyson!
After winning the bout, Mike Tyson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
