Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seth Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shingo Kobayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xavier comes to the cage accompanied by "Voting Doesn't Work" - Corporate Avenger. Kobayashi has chosen Kimi to iu hana -Asian Kung-Fu Generation as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kobayashi's calf.
Kobayashi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Xavier feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Xavier won't allow Kobayashi to sweep him here.

Xavier slows the pace down in half guard.
Xavier stands up out of the half guard.

Xavier is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Kobayashi is looking to improve his position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Xavier fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kobayashi sprawls well initially but Xavier persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Xavier winds up and cracks Kobayashi with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Xavier is keen to just control but Kobayashi is a slippery customer.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Xavier in particular looking to stall.
Xavier is nestled in close to Kobayashi, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Xavier landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seth Xavier dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kobayashi gets caught flat footed, as Xavier shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kobayashi looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Xavier is defending well. Kobayashi quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Xavier has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Kobayashi celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
