Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Markus Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Murder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley's entrance music is 'So Many People' by Neurosonic. A fine choice. Murder has chosen God Save the Queen as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Markus Riley! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Murder! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riley uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Murder. Riley ducks under a wild hook from Murder. Riley uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Murder. A big left from Riley misses. Riley moves out of range of the strikes. Riley doesn't manage to clinch there - Murder circles away.
Murder thows a body shot but no joy. Riley throws a right and a left that both miss. Murder misses with a wild body shot. Jack Murder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Riley scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Murder's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Murder explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Murder sizes up Riley with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Murder ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Murder jabbing away but nothing is landing. Riley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Murder tries to improve position but can't. Riley in side control lands a decent elbow. Murder tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Riley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Murder avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Riley. You can see the frustration on Murder's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Riley throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Riley tries for a kimura but Murder is defending well. Riley is breathing heavily.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Murder lands a left and a right that sends Riley crashing to the canvas! Murder dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like Markus Riley has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Murder controlling the position easily from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Despite being in the dominant position, Jack Murder just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Riley moves away from the strike by Murder. Riley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Riley throws a right hand that Murder ducks under and follows up with a left that Murder also avoids with ease. Murder lands an overhand right.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Murder throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Riley gets a takedown into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The fighters are battling for position here. Murder manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Murder pulls Riley in to control the position. Murder wriggles free and stands up. Murder misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Riley.
Murder scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Jack Murder is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Murder throws a body punch but Riley moves out of range. Murder misses with a looping right. Murder dodges the punch combination from Riley.
Murder misses with an uppercut. Murder loads up on a big right hand but Riley slips the punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riley ducks under a wild hook from Murder. Riley takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Murder misses the shot to the body. Murder lands the left hand. Riley misses with a two punch combination.
Murder scores with a nice right hand.
No luck for Riley with that takedown attempt. Murder waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Riley. Murder thows a body shot but no joy. Murder misses with an uppercut. Riley saw that one coming. Riley on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Murder ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A slow jab from Murder misses its intended target. Murder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Riley moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Riley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Murder circles away quickly and effectively. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Murder dominated that round. The cut man is working on Markus Riley's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Murder thuds a left hand into Riley's body. Riley ducks straight into an uppercut from Murder and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Riley maanges to regain guard straight away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Murder stands up from guard. Let's bang! Riley walks straight into a right hand from Murder - that's dropped him! Murder jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Riley from any more punishment! Riley complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jack Murder! Jack Murder is the new middleweight champion!
