Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Lamphard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brooks comes to the cage accompanied by Notorious B.I.G. - Juicy. Frank Lamphard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lamphard tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Brooks is in Lamphard's guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Brooks connects with a nice short shot to Lamphard's temple.
Brooks is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lamphard doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Brooks.

Brooks cracks Lamphard with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lamphard looks to throw the jab but Brooks is out of range.

Lamphard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Brooks has time to react.
Brooks uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lamphard.
Lamphard fails to land with a series of punches.
Lamphard scores with a jab.
Brooks lands a nice shot that snaps Lamphard's head back.
Lamphard misses with an uppercut. Brooks saw that one coming.
Frank Lamphard is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lamphard throws a right hand that Brooks ducks under and follows up with a left that Brooks also avoids with ease.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brooks looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lamphard is fending him off so far but Brooks persists. Nope, Lamphard circles away and we're back to standing.
Lamphard misses with a hook.

Lamphard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brooks. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
