Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Baki Pekyew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Watch Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Baki Pekyew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Watch Out!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pekyew avoids it really well and circles away.
Out looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Out has a takedown stuffed.

Out moves into the clinch.
Out is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pekyew to keep the fight standing.
Baki Pekyew has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Watch Out.
Pekyew is working for takedown but Out is calmly controlling the position for now.
Out stalling in the clinch.
Pekyew tries to score a body lock takedown but Out shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Out has Pekyew pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pekyew manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Out drives through and clinches with Pekyew against the cage.

Out lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Pekyew has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Out after a bit of a struggle.
Out tries to land a knee to the head but Pekyew blocks with his arms.

Out misses with the head strike.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Pekyew is looking for a takedown.
Out gets underhooks to prevent Pekyew's takedown attempt.
Still in the clinch, Out scores with a nice short uppercut.

Pekyew's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Out gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Out manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pekyew goes for a takedown attempt but Out pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Pekyew tries to land a front kick but Out steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Out connects with the punch.

Pekyew shoots in and gets a takedown into Out's guard.
Pekyew is breathing heavily.

Pekyew is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Out is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Out is adopting a defensive guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Out can do anything to dispel that myth.

Pekyew drops back looking for a leg! Out is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Out manages to kick Pekyew off! Pekyew jumps back into Out's guard.

Pekyew is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Pekyew throws a shot from downtown. Out moves away and avoids it.
Pekyew closes this distance looking for a takedown but Out circles away.

Out throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Pekyew blocks it with crossed arms.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Out creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Pekyew is trying to drag Out to the mat but Out just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Oh Pekyew is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Out decides to pull guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pekyew seems to have got his legs back now.
Out is continuing to stall.
Out looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pekyew is one step ahead there.

Pekyew drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pekyew jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Out really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pekyew. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
