Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pollo Tropical (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan comes to the cage accompanied by The Animals - House of the Rising Sun. Pollo Tropical has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jimmy Ryan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy Ryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pollo Tropical!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tropical tests Ryan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tropical has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ryan lands a nice shot to the body.
Ryan throws a body shot but no joy.
Ryan seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Tropical checks the leg kick.
Ryan needs to keep his hands up - Tropical had a free shot at his head there.
Tropical swings for the body but Ryan moves out of range.

Tropical takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Tropical has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Ryan.
Tropical misses with a lunging right hand
and Ryan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tropical looks winded!
Tropical gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Ryan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tropical's head backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ryan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tropical drops his hands momentarily and Ryan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ryan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tropical was well out of range. Poor timing from Ryan.
Ryan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tropical moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ryan scores with a jab to the head.
Tropical displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ryan throws out the jab.
Pollo Tropical seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tropical takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Tropical is rocked!
Tropical gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Ryan points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Tropical wakes up just in time to hear Ryan thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jimmy Ryan!
After the big win, Jimmy Ryan made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Hellbent and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
